Refund & Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 for all Australian orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
