New Zealand - Farming the Green Lipped Mussel

This is a great video for those interested in learning about the growing of Green lipped mussel.

New Zealand has a very large coastline and a very large continental shelf so the currents, and a lot of nutrients all around New Zealand. So, the fisheries and the shell fisheries are all very rich.  This sounds particularly good for growing mussels.
