Toxicity Study in Joint Rejuvenate

Arthritis Treatments is pleased to report on a toxicity study on green lipped mussel. Joint Rejuvenate is 100% biologically active green lipped mussel. It appears that green lipped mussel is very well tolerated in Mammals. To establish at what dose rate side effects were produced, researchers gave rats 2 grams of green lipped mussel /kilogram of rat body weight for 14 days. No toxicity was produced even though this is 1000 times the recommended dose rate!

In another study rats were given 14 grams of green lipped mussel /kilogram of rat body weight as a one-off dose rate. No toxicity was produced even though this is 7000 times the recommended dose rate!
